My partner and I have been waiting to build a boat for a while now, and I want a boat that is a 13-year-old really cheap to do. We may be on the bay and stable. We just want to go fishing, boating and just lounging outside the bay. All we want is a boat that we are during the Christmas holidays, I have not for a long time and is inexpensive to do.
